         De gemeente heeft met verschillende leveranciers overeenkomsten lopen voor het onderhouden van de technische installaties van verschillende gemeentelijke gebouwen. Deze overeenkomsten lopen tot en met 31 december 2023. De gemeente heeft aan een partij die, naast het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het correctief storingsonderhoud, in staat is om als een proactieve adviseur op te treden en gevraagd en ongevraagd advies uit kan brengen over de diverse facetten van het onderhoud zoals duurzaamheid, kwaliteit, kostenbesparingen, etc.

         De doelstelling van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één (1) Inschrijver voor het onderhouden van de technische installaties ten behoeve van de gemeente. De toekomstige Opdrachtnemer, alsmede door deze Opdrachtnemer te leveren producten en diensten, moeten hierbij voldoen aan de door Opdrachtgever gestelde voorwaarden die zijn gespecificeerd in dit document inclusief bijlagen.

         Deze Opdracht betreft:

         - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhouden van W-installaties van het gemeentelijk vastgoed op basis van een vaste prijs per gebouw (conform het prijzenblad);

         - Het uitvoeren van correctief en curatief (storings)onderhoud van W-installaties van het gemeentelijk vastgoed op basis van het bij Inschrijving afgegeven uurtarief; en

         - Het geven van advies ten aanzien van (o.m. duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en kostenbesparingen) de W-installaties als onderdeel van de ‘natuurlijke adviesfunctie’. Dat wil zeggen dat dit advies onderdeel is van de dienstverlening (het preventief, correctief en curatief onderhoud) en niet in rekening gebracht kan worden.
