         Binnen dit perceel vallen alle (elektrische) handgereedschappen inclusief toebehoren. Denk hierbij aan een boormachine welke elektrisch is, tot aan een hamer, grijper en schroevendraaier. Onder toebehoren worden producten verstaan die nodig zijn om deze gereedschappen te kunnen gebruiken. De wens is om vier opdrachtnemers te contracteren waarbij de economisch meest voordeligste inschrijving de preferred supplier is.
