Er is geen sprake van een verzoek tot inschrijving. Dit betreft een aankondiging in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, zoals bedoeld in artikel 3.2 van de Aanbestedingswet op defensie en veiligheidsgebied. De Politie is voornemens de opdracht voor het Meldkamercommunicatiesysteem (MKCS) onder de uitzondering van de ADV artikel 2.16 lid a uit te voeren.

Het betreft vervanging van de huidige dienst 112 alsmede de meldkamer telefoniesystemen.

Deze publicatie vervangt de publicaties met TenderNed nummer TN428600 en TN430357.

De Politie is voornemens 25 kalenderdagen na deze publicatie het verkenningstraject met KPN B.V. te gaan uitvoeren en verwacht begin juli 2024 dit traject te hebben afgerond en de overeenkomst gesloten te hebben met K.P.N. B.V. Dit wijkt af van de vermelde datum 22-09-2023 bij "tab Gunning" in deze publicatie. Het is qua systeem niet mogelijk een datum in de toekomst te vermelden.
