      De Aanbestedende dienst kiest bewust voor een langere contractduur. Niet alleen beperkt dit de transactiekosten van partijen, maar het geeft de (nieuwe) Opdrachtnemer(s) ook de gelegenheid om (eventuele) investeringskosten terug te verdienen. Daarnaast zorgt het voor continuïteit en rust bij onze burgers die gebruik maken van de hulpmiddelen.
