         Voor perceel 1 -Besloten Landelijk Taxiververvoer- betreft dit het organiseren en uitvoeren van (solo) taxivervoer voor personen die wegens sociaal/medische redenen, bij ziekte, tijdelijk niet zelfstandig kunnen reizen. Tevens wordt deze dienst gebruikt voor niet actief dienende militairen die na hun diensttijd nog zorg nodig hebben en deze in een medische instelling ondergaan.

         Voor perceel 2 - Besloten VIP taxivervoer (ook wel besloten directievervoer genoemd) betreft dit het organiseren en uitvoeren van taxivervoer voor de hogere militairen en hogere defensie ambtenaren.

         perceel 1 -Besloten Landelijk Taxiververvoer- betreft het in Opdracht van Opdrachtgever organiseren en uitvoeren van (solo) taxivervoer voor personen die wegens sociaal/medische redenen, bij ziekte, tijdelijk niet zelfstandig kunnen reizen en waarbij het door de leidinggevende en bedrijfsarts noodzakelijk wordt geacht dat de medewerker in het kader van re-integratie van het huisadres naar de plaats van tewerkstelling (bijvoorbeeld een revalidatiecentrum) wordt gebracht en visa versa. Tevens wordt deze dienst gebruikt voor niet actief dienende militairen die na hun diensttijd nog zorg nodig hebben en deze in een medische instelling ondergaan.
