         De Tweede Kamer beoogt door middel van de Aanbestedingsprocedure een overeenkomst te sluiten met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor de ‘inrichting, ondersteuning en doorontwikkeling van een oplossing wat door middel van spraakherkenning automatische live ondertiteling van streams genereert’. De Overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van vier (4) jaar, met een optionele verlenging van twee (2) maal twaalf maanden en zal naar verwachting ingaan op 1 januari 2024.

         De Aanbestedingsprocedure betreft:

         - Inrichting en ondersteuning van een oplossing wat door middel van spraakherkenning automatische live ondertiteling van streams genereert

         - Doorontwikkeling van de kwaliteit van de spraakherkenning en de automatische live ondertiteling.

         Gedurende de looptijd van zes (6) jaar is de verwachting dat er gemiddeld minimaal 2000 uur per jaar aan livestreams door middel van spraakherkenning van automatische live ondertiteling moet worden voorzien.

         Op basis van een nauwkeurige schatting gebaseerd op het huidige volume (gemiddeld minimaal 2000 uur per jaar), en rekening houdend met de ontwikkelingen die DVR nu verwacht en die het volume in de komende jaren zouden kunnen beïnvloeden, verwacht de Tweede Kamer dat de waarde van de opdracht circa €600.000 exclusief btw zal zijn, gerekend over de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst (zes jaar). Met name politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke en/of organisatorische ontwikkelingen binnen de Tweede Kamer kunnen echter van invloed zijn op de (omvang van de) opdracht. De daadwerkelijke afname kan daardoor (enigszins) afwijken.
