         Hankkeen tavoitteena on laatia ratasuunnitelma sekä kauko- että taajamajunaliikennettä palvelevasta seisakkeesta siten, että Raision uudella seisakkeella voidaan tulevaisuudessa liikennöidä henkilöjunilla. Tavoitteena on suunnitella uusi seisake Turku-Uusikaupunki rataosalle, Nuorikkalan alueelle. Suunnitteluun sisältyy mm. uuden laiturin, liityntäpysäköinnin, seisakkeeseen liittyvien kulkuyhteyksien sekä näihin liittyvien varusteiden ja laitteiden suunnittelu. Tavoitteena on teknisesti, liikenteellisesti, ympäristöllisesti ja taloudellisesti toteuttamiskelpoinen ja hyväksyttävä ratkaisu.

         Suoritettava palvelu ja sen sisältö ehtoineen ja aikatauluineen on kokonaisuudessaan määritelty tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
