         Aanbestedende dienst heeft een Europese openbare aanbesteding - op basis van de Europese Richtlijn 2014/24/EU voor de coördinatie van overheidsopdrachten voor leveringen, diensten en werken, zoals geïmplementeerd in hoofdstuk 2 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012, zoals laatstelijk gewijzigd en gepubliceerd in het Staatsblad op 30 juni 2016 - uitgeschreven om een Overeenkomst af te sluiten voor het verwerken van GFT-afval voor vier jaar en vervolgens driemaal een verleningsoptie van één (1) jaar (in totaal maximaal zeven (7) jaar).
