Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Als gevolg van een afwijkende areaalsituatie zijn een aantal ontwerpaanpassingen doorgevoerd. Het is noodzakelijk dat de opdrachtnemer deze aanpassingen doorvoert. Inzet van een parallel ontwerpende partij zou aanzienlijk ongemak en conflicterende raakvlakken veroorzaken.
