De originele aanbesteding betreft het prestatiecontract van de Oosterscheldekering. Hierin is een transitiefase voorzien waarin de ON de kans krijgt een 0-inspctie uit te voeren. Bevindingen/gebreken voortkomende uit deze 0-inspectie dienen hersteld te worden om het areaal vervolgens conform gestelde eisen te kunnen onderhouden / in stand te houden.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

De originele aanbesteding betreft het prestatiecontract voor de Oosterscheldekering waarin vast en variabel onderhoud in is opgenomen.

De Opdrachtnemer dient de “transitieperiode bij aanvang Overeenkomst” als vastgelegd in artikel 2 lid 1 Basisovereenkomst te gebruiken om de aan hem ter beschikking gestelde areaalgegevens inclusief de aangedragen risico’s te verifiëren en afwijkingen te registreren

Vanuit deze transitiefase zijn afwijkingen aan Opdrachtgever ter kennis gebracht en welke niet toerekenbaar zijn aan Opdrachtnemer.

Deze afwijkingen worden middels deze gesloten voorstel tot wijziging hersteld.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Er vindt een wijziging plaats op grond van artikel 2.163d Aw 2012. Met de uitvoering van deze wijziging beoogd Rijkswaterstaat een toevoeging te doen op de projectdoelstelling van het in stand houden van het Areaal Oosterscheldekering, waarbij binnen de daarvoor geldende randvoorwaarden en kaders, vast onderhoud en geprogrammeerde activiteiten (klein) variabel onderhoud worden gerealiseerd.
