         AQUON is voornemens om een overeenkomst aan te gaan met een maximale looptijd van 10 jaar na in gebruik name. Uitgaande van de historische kosten in combinatie met de informatie uit de markt komt de raming van de waarde van de opdracht voor de gehele looptijd uit op circa € 738.500,- exclusief BTW en inclusief indexaties en eenmalige kosten, tevens rekening houdend met toename van de afname van extra bandbreedte en de aansluiting van tenminste één extra gebouwlocatie in de loop van 2025.

          Voor deze overheidsopdracht gelden de volgende herzieningsclausules:

          1. Aansluiting dan wel ontkoppeling gebouwlocaties AQUON (meer- en/of minderoptie)

          Gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst dient er rekening te worden gehouden met de mogelijkheid dat nieuwe kantoorlocaties aangesloten dan wel ontkoppeld worden. Jaarlijks bestaat er de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst hierop te herijken.

          2. Toetredende dan wel uittredende deelnemer GR AQUON (meer- c.q. minderoptie)

          AQUON kent momenteel 9 waterschappen als deelnemer. Het is mogelijk dat in de toekomst, gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst, een of meerdere nieuwe deelnemers toetreden dan wel deelnemers uittreden. Gedurende de looptijd van overeenkomst wenst AQUON de mogelijkheid te hebben om de overeenkomst hierop aan te kunnen passen.
