         De gemeente Utrecht (hierna: de gemeente) wil één overeenkomst afsluiten voor een integraal ontwerpteam voor het maken van een Voorlopig Ontwerp (hierna: VO), Definitief Ontwerp (hierna: DO) en advisering van de gemeente tijdens de Bouwteamfase of het opstellen van een Bestek en advisering tijdens de Realisatiefase voor de renovatie van de Vlampijpstraat 50.

         De gemeente is voor deze opdracht op zoek naar een breed ontwerpteam waarin minimaal de volgende kennis en kunde is vertegenwoordigd: architectuur, constructies, installatietechniek, bouwfysica en bouwkosten.

         Vlampijpstraat 50 bevat de Vlampijpateliers, al jaren een van de grootste broedplaatsen in de stad voor meer dan 75 (voornamelijk autonome) kunstenaars. Op dit moment is de technische kwaliteit van het object slecht. Het object zal volledig moeten worden gerenoveerd en moeten voldoen aan de duurzaamheidseisen ENG. De ontwerpwerkzaamheden betreffen de cascorenovatie en installatiewerkzaamheden.

         De gemeente vraagt de Gedragsverklaring aanbesteden, een uittreksel uit het handelsregister en een Verklaring betalingsgedrag nakoming fiscale verplichtingen als bewijsstukken op bij de geselecteerde partijen. Uit het uittreksel uit het handelsregister moet blijken of de persoon die het Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument heeft ondertekend tekenbevoegd is.
