Procurement of an energy efficient express boat - hearing of the tender documentation

The project "Fremtidens hurtigbåt" ("the Express Boat of the Future") intends to procure one zero-emission express boat/pilot vessel with an energy-efficient design, enabling increased range and speed compared to the current technology. In this notice the contracting authority would like to open up for input on the contest documents, as well as invite suppliers to an information meeting and one-to-one meetings.

The Express Boat of the Future project would like input on the contest documents before the contest notice is published at the turn of the month September/October. The contracting authority would like interested parties to give input on the actual tender documentation, requirements specification, and the contract. Attention is drawn to the fact that there are short deadlines, but we hope that you can stil contribute.

The contracting authority will hold an information meeting (11 September from 09-10) and would then like to invite selected interested parties to one-to-one meetings (12 September). Registration for both parts must be done by Friday 8 September at 12.00. The selection will be based on a representative selection from the market.

Written input must be submitted before Monday 11 September at 14.00.
