VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Betreft wijziging:

VTW-0046.3: naam: Verhoging domeinvergoeding 2022-2023, juni tm maart

Omschrijving reden van de VTW:

Inschrijvers voor de domeinvergoeding in de aanbesteding dienden uit te gaan van een prijspeil van 2019. Dit is een prijs die elk jaar per 1 januari wordt geïndexeerd. Voor het jaar 2022

is dit een prijs van EUR 2,66/m3 en voor het jaar 2023 EUR 2,71/m3. Middels deze Wijziging worden aanvullende kosten ten gevolge van de verhoging van de domeinvergoeding in de maanden juni 2022 t/m maart 2023 verrekend met de Opdrachtgever.

Opdrachtsom: € 128.563,79 excl. BTW

Looptijd: juni 2022 t/m maart 2023

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De aanvullende maatregelen zijn noodzakelijk om aan het contract te voldoen. Zonder kunnen de werkzaamheden betreffende het realisatiecontract geen doorgang vinden. Vanwege het integrale karakter van de opdracht worden de werkzaamheden bij de huidige opdrachtnemer belegd. Uitwijken naar andere aanbieders zou tot ongemak, kostenstijgingen leiden en risico"s m.b.t. verdere vertraging vergroten welke leiden tot aanzienlijke kostenstijging.
