         De Opdracht “Gebiedsgericht aanpak logistiek laden”, met kenmerk 1-D-15806-23, die is beschreven in dit Beschrijvend Document gaat over het helpen van bedrijven met het realiseren van energie- en laadinfrastructuur voor batterij elektrische bestel- en vrachtwagens. De gemeente Rotterdam beoogt middels deze aanbesteding drie Opdrachtnemers te contracteren die bedrijven met een logistieke laadvraag kunnen ondersteunen in het gezamenlijk realiseren van de meest passende laadinfrastructuur, binnen de grenzen van de beschikbare netcapaciteit.
