De afname van extra gebruikerslicenties, en de wekelijkse levering van een PowerBI-rapportage met managementinformatie

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

- De extra gebruikerslicenties zijn nodig wegens uitbreiding van het aantal medewerkers dat gebruik maakt van de applicatie. De PowerBI-rapportage is nodig om inzicht te geven in de status van alle objecten in de gemeente Amersfoort in de verschillende werkprocessen. Het is technisch niet mogelijk deze licenties en aanvullende software bij een andere leverancier af te nemen aangezien het een totaaloplossing is van de leverancier. De licenties zijn niet vrij verhandelbaar zijn en de rapportage is gemaakt door de leverancier.
