Dit traject betreft het instapmoment ten behoeve van de inkoop van jeugdhulp voor de gemeenten Borger-Odoorn, Coevorden, De Wolden, Emmen, Hoogeveen, Meppel en Westerveld. De initiële aanbesteding is reeds in 2019 doorlopen en conform het aanbestedingsdocument kent de procedure een open en flexibel karakter waarbinnen geïnteresseerde aanbieders kunnen toetreden. Hiervoor wordt dit derde instapmoment geboden. Gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst kunnen de modules toegevoegd en verwijderd worden. Indien de aanbieder voldoet aan de eisen die de gemeenten gesteld hebben in de raamovereenkomst kan ook met hen de raamovereenkomst worden gesloten.

Aangezien er geen sprake is van een Nota van Inlichtingen, zullen wij vragen met betrekking tot de inhoud van aanbesteding niet beantwoorden. Hiervoor verzoeken wij u om de eerdere Nota van inlichtingen te raadplegen.
