Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

En base a circunstancias no contempladas cuando se produjo la firma del contrato del seguro vigente, es preciso el incremento de la plantilla del INSS, recogida en el seguro, en 1.889 nuevos puestos, (185 nuevos funcionarios interinos en abril de este año, a partir 1 de julio se incremente la relación de puestos de trabajo en 1.704 nuevos puestos, en concreto 1.677 nuevos funcionarios interinos, y 27 nuevos funcionarios de carrera que percibirán sus retribuciones a cargo de los presupuestos del INSS).
