- Vervangen van 35 kilometer damwanden door nieuwe stalen damwand, met een levensduur van 100 jaar

- Maatwerk oeverconstructies bij bruggen

- 850.000 m3 baggerwerkzaamheden

- 100.000 m3 bodemweerstand verhogende laag aanbrengen

- Verruimen zwaaikom Delden

- Zwaaikommen Bornerbroek en Deldenerbroek natuurvriendelijk herinrichten

- Aanleggen zwaaikom tegenover XL-businesskade

- 13 kilometer natuurvriendelijke oevers aanleggen

- Realiseren 250 uittreedplaatsen voor dieren (Fup"s)

- Realiseren 100 uittreedplaatsen voor personen (Pup"s)

- Gemeentekade Delden veilig maken voor laden en lossen van klasse Va-schepen (inkassen)

Wijziging betreft Belasting mobiele kraan op Gemeentekade Delden (zwaarste lasten voor SES en Rotonde, eindfase)

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Na validatie met stakeholder bleken de initiële contracteisen niet voldoende te zijn, deze zijn aangescherpt. De kade moest in de scope bij aanbesteding reeds worden voorbereid op kraanbelasting, deze belasting is groter geworden. De algemene aard van de opdracht wijzigt daarmee niet.
