         Waterschap Scheldestromen is een overheidsorganisatie met als taken de zorg voor de waterkering en

         het integraal waterbeheer (watersysteem en zuiveren van afvalwater). Ook de zorg voor de wegen in het

         buitengebied valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van het waterschap.
