         1) Controle van de jaarrekening (omtrent de getrouwheid van de jaarrekening en de rechtmatigheid van de daarin opgenomen baten en lasten en balansmutaties) van de controlejaren 2024, 2025, 2026 en 2027, indien de Overeenkomst wordt verlengd, ook van de controlejaren 2028, 2029 en 2030. Na de initiële looptijd wordt jaarlijks beoordeeld of de Overeenkomst wordt verlengd.

         2) Controle- en beoordelingswerkzaamheden in het kader van (Europese) subsidieregelingen.

         Er kan gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst sprake zijn van optionele werkzaamheden, die (indien aan de orde) op basis van een Nadere overeenkomst worden uitgevoerd. Er is nadrukkelijk geen garantie op daadwerkelijke uitvoering van optionele werkzaamheden.
