         Deze opdracht betreft de inhuur van een Adjunct-Directeur EDIS voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. De Adjunct Directeur is verantwoordelijkheid voor de dienst Erasmus Digitalisation & Information Services (EDIS). EDIS is dé ondernemende en gewaardeerde partner voor de EUR die betrouwbare, 24/7 informatiediensten en communicatietechnologie levert en, samen met interne en externe partners, zorgt voor continue vernieuwing/verbetering van diensten met een zo kort mogelijke time-to-market en binnen het budgettair kader. Als Adjunct-Directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene ondersteuning van de CIO/Directeur IT. In totaal geef je leiding aan circa zes IT-Managers (afdelingshoofden) die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de onderliggende teams.

         Als Adjunct-Directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene ondersteuning van de CIO/Directeur IT. In totaal geef je leiding aan circa zes IT-Managers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de onderliggende teams. Je bent primair verantwoordelijk voor de IT-operatie in de breedste zin van het woord en krijgt er energie van om je team onderling effectief te laten samenwerken op het vlak van de integrale levering van de IT-dienstverlening. Je bent ook iemand die de samenwerking met de beleidsvormers tot stand weet te brengen teneinde beleid en uitvoering in lijn te brengen. Je overziet, organiseert en bewaakt de samenhang en planning van de verschillende initiatieven ten aanzien van beleid en smeedt ze tot een logisch geheel dat past binnen de I-strategie van EDIS.

         Namens je team, bestaande uit zes IT-Managers en circa 110 medewerkers (FTE’s) verdeeld over de zes afdelingen, presenteer je dit vervolgens aan de directeur. Je geeft daarnaast sturing aan de veranderingen en de verbinding met de onderwijs- en onderzoeksprocessen van de EUR. Je geeft sturing aan de doorontwikkeling van zowel het team als de professionele groei van de individuele medewerkers. Je bent onderdeel van het vierkoppig Management Team (MT) en draagt bij aan brede beleidsontwikkeling en -uitvoering.
