        •The basic order includes a warranty period of 2 years. Beyond the expiration of the warranty, the client will decide on a full service as an option for a maximum of 3 years. This option can refer to 1 year, 2 years or 3 years from 2 years after the installation (warranty period).

        The following proof of eligibility must be confirmed or enclosed in full and without restrictions or modifications together with the tender itself; otherwise, the tender will not be considered.

        EC01 Economic/financial capacity

        The tenderer has sufficient economic/financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

        Proof

        Extract from the debt collection register no older than three months when requested by the contracting authority. In the case of overseas tenderers, comparable and current official document from the foreign country.

        EC02 Tenderer’s experience

        The tenderer has sufficient experience to fulfil this mandate. It provides evidence of this experience by means of two references of successful installation and maintenance service.

        EC03 Acceptance of the draft Contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Swiss Confederation

        The tenderer is willing to accept the draft Contract set forth in Appendix 5 of the specifications document, including the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Swiss Confederation for :

        • the procurement of goods (September 2016 edition, last revised January 2021) – Appendix 6

        • service contracts (September 2016 edition, last revised January 2021) - Appendix 7

        without reservation.

        EC04 Warranty

        The tenderer guarantees a warranty for defects and deficiencies for 24 months after successful acceptance of the systems.

        EC05 Full service for the entire system

        The tenderer guarantees a full service at no cost for the period of the warranty. In addition, the tenderer guarantees the availability of full service for at least three years after the warranty expiration.

        EC06 Maintenance and repair: on site

        The tenderer undertakes that in the event of technical problems or defects, a technician will be on site within five working days of receipt of the report at the place of use of the system in order to find the fault and rectify it.

        EC07 Maintenance and repair: 10 years availability

        The maintenance and repair service shall be guaranteed for at least 10 years and shall include the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years.

        EC08 Documentation

        The tenderer undertakes to supply an operating manual and comprehensive technical documentation (PDF file and printout) for the offered system, including options.

        EC09 Delivery period

        The tenderer is able to deliver the systems within a maximum of 6 months after the final order has been placed.
