         Om te komen tot een toekomstbestendige ontwerp van deze locatie, zullen de ontwerp- en advieswerkzaamheden in ieder geval betrekking hebben op:

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t de herinrichting van Toren F en G (en wellicht een deel van Toren E). Uitgangspunt is gedeeltelijke hergebruik van met name bouwkundige materialen.

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t. meubilair en interieur van Toren F en G. Uitgangspunt m.b.t. het meubilair geldt dat voor 50% refurbished meubels worden aangeschaft en voor 50% wordt hergebruik van bestaande meubels toegepast.

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t. vernieuwing en verduurzaming van de technische gebouwgebonden installaties van Toren E, F en G zodat de panden voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving op gebied van bijvoorbeeld brandveiligheid en vluchten, legionella, duurzaamheidsprestatie e.d.

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t. de ICT-installaties van Toren E, F en G.

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t. het binnenklimaat en zonering daarvan (per verdieping en per noord-zuid-zijde) van Toren F en G (en wellicht Toren E).

         • Advies en ontwerp m.b.t. de bouwkundige aanpassen aan de gevels en daken van Toren E, F en G i.v.m. technische gebreken/duurzaamheidsverbeteringen, bijvoorbeeld het verbeteren van dakisolatie en toepassing van PV-panelen.

         • Advies en ontwerp van beveiligingsinstallaties van Toren E, F en G.

         • Advies en ontwerp van ca. 23 laadpalen op het eigen buitenterrein.

         • Ontwerp en advies m.b.t. een nieuwe entree- en samenwerkingszone tussen toren F en G (ca. 890m2 bvo – buiten de bestaande gebouwcontouren). Uitgangspunt is dit te realiseren op een sober en doelmatige wijze. Er moet rekening worden gehouden met de gemeentelijke parkeernormen. Hiervoor is afstemming met de gemeente nodig.
