         Tot de scope van de externe inhuur binnen deze aanbesteding behoort de inhuur van ZZP’ers en functionarissen via tweede-ordeleveranciers met en zonder werving en selectie (hierna: extern personeel).          De onderhavige opdracht in deze aanbesteding vertegenwoordigt een jaarlijkse indicatie opdrachtwaarde van € 1.750.000,00 exclusief btw per jaar. Gezien de ontwikkeling van de omvang in de ICT-inhuur bij de Aanbestedende dienst en de inflatie is de verwachting dat de aankomende zes (6) de kosten voor externe inhuur van ICT-professionals toenemen naar € 2.250.000,00 exclusief btw per jaar.

      Er wordt bewust gekozen voor een Overeenkomst met een totale theoretische looptijd van maximaal zes (6) jaar om de investering van de verwachte implementatie van de Overeenkomst te laten renderen. De inrichting van de implementatie, vergt een inleerfase van Aanbestedende dienst en Inschrijver.
