De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van vast onderhoud aan de beweegbare

objecten in het areaal van West-Nederland Zuid door middel van taken en services en activiteiten. Om te waarborgen dat de objecten een acceptabel onderhoudsniveau behouden wordt een onderhoudsregime voorgeschreven in het contract. De opdrachtnemer heeft de

mogelijkheid om tijdens de contractperiode verbetervoorstellen op het onderhoudsregime in te dienen, ter optimalisatie van het vast onderhoud.

De opdracht betreft het herstel van de afwijkingen betreffende de elektrische installatie en de schakel- en verdeelinrichtingen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Het betreft wijzigingen en aanvullingen op de oorspronkelijk aangeboden maatregelen. Zonder uitvoering van de extra werkzaamheden, zal uitvoering van de oorspronkelijke maatregelen slechts gedeeltelijk mogelijk zijn. Daarnaast komt de veiligheid van Opdrachtnemer in het geding. Uitvoering maakt onherroepelijk deel uit van deze opdracht en kan alleen afgesplitst worden met aanzienlijk ongemak en aanzienlijke kostenstijgingen leiden voor de aanbestedende dienst.
