         1. Dem Angebot ist als Anlage der Auszug (Kopie) aus dem

         Handelsregister bzw. Berufsregister des Staats, in dem das Unternehmen

         niedergelassen ist, soweit das Unternehmen dort eingetragen ist, oder ein

         vergleichbarer Nachweis der erlaubten Berufsausübung beizufügen. Ist ein

         Bewerber nach dem Recht des Staates, in dem er niedergelassen ist, nicht zur
