Aanbestedende dienst beoogt één (1) Raamovereenkomst aan te gaan met drie (3) Opdrachtnemers voor de duur van twee (2) jaar met de éénzijdige optie voor Aanbestedende dienst tot verlenging van tweemaal (2x) de periode van één (1) jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de Raamovereenkomst is 9 juni 2023. De beoogde einddatum van de initiële looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst is 9 juni 2025.

Met de uitvoering van de Opdracht beoogt Aanbestedende dienst de volgende doelstelling te bereiken:

1. Aanbestedende dienst beschikt over een Raamovereenkomst met drie (3) partijen die ruimte biedt voor Nadere overeenkomsten (orders) voor de daadwerkelijke Maaltijdvoorziening op opvanglocaties door Opdrachtnemer;

2. Aanbestedende dienst beschikt na gunning over een flexibele, dynamische en op standaarden in de markt gebaseerde dienstverlening door Opdrachtnemer;

3. Aanbestedende dienst beschikt over managementinformatie ten aanzien van o.a. aantallen, de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Deze informatie i
