Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De Wijzigingen vallen binnen de algemene aard van de opdracht en drempelwaarde. Binnen het werk is er sprake van complexe ondergrond, waardoor diverse wijzigingen zijn op gedragen die betrekking hebben op o.a. de wijziging ten aanzien van de uitvoeringswijze, het uitvoeren van aanvullende onderzoeken en verplaatsen c.q. verwijderen van obstakels/ bodemvreemd materiaal.
