Explanation:

De inkoop start met het vinden van een geschikte locatie voor de dag- en nachtopvang en inloop. Op termijn zal de pandeigenaar de regie voeren op de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van de doelgroep van de maatschappelijke opvang, uiteraard in afstemming met de lokale teams. Het vinden van een geschikt pand is lastig en tegelijkertijd een cruciale voorwaarde om deze transformatie te kunnen maken. Intussen heeft een pandeigenaar aan ons kenbaar gemaakt een pand in het centrum van Amersfoort beschikbaar te willen stellen voor maatschappelijke opvang. Dit pand voldoet aan de eisen en biedt daarmee de mogelijkheid om de doelstellingen uit de regiovisie te realiseren. De pandeigenaar is de partij die in principe als eerste benaderd wordt om deel te nemen aan de onderhandelingsprocedure met de gemeente Amersfoort. Het is technisch niet mogelijk om met een andere partij hierover te onderhandelen aangezien alleen de pandeigenaar gerechtigd is over dit pand te onderhandelen.
