         De gevraagde dienstverlening betreft het leveren van Cloudlicenties voor en het implementeren van de CLM oplossing. In de beoogde CLM-oplossing zullen zowel inkoopcontracten als andere juridische overeenkomsten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten en verkoopcontracten opgeslagen en beheerd worden.

         Hiervoor wil het RIVM één leverancier contracteren. 

         Het RIVM beoogt het volgende te kunnen met de gevraagde oplossing:

         •    Het creëren van contractdocumenten, clausules en -templates;

         •    Het beheren en managen van contracten;

         •    Het vastleggen en managen van Leveranciersinformatie;

         •    Het managen van prestaties op contract- en leveranciersniveau;

         •    Het bieden van een portaal voor leveranciers waarin contract- en leveranciersinformatie kan worden gedeeld
