         Individuazione di un soggetto che si occupi della organizzazione, gestione ed erogazione dei servizi, degli interventi e attività previste nel progetto SAI categoria MSNA periodo 2023/2025, in prosecuzione del progetto precedente. Il progetto SAI MSNA è rivolto ad offrire accoglienza e protezione a n. 16 Minori stranieri non accompagnati. L’appalto avrà durata fino al 31.12.2025 e i suoi effetti decorreranno dalla data di stipula del contratto o dalla data della consegna anticipata del servizio.

         Il Comune si obbliga a corrispondere al soggetto attuatore, per l’adempimento di tutto quanto previsto nel presente Contratto, la somma che sarà riconosciuta dal Servizio Centrale del Ministero dell’Interno all’esito della rendicontazione.

         In ogni caso l’importo complessivo non potrà superare la somma di € 396.587,91 oltre IVA calcolata al 5% per un totale complessivo di € 416.417,31,00 annue, per un totale di € 1.055.377,97 (di cui imponibile 1.005.121,88 ed IVA per euro 50.256,09).
