Onderhoud van en reparaties aan crematie-installaties van het Crematorium Hofwijk Rotterdam, Delftweg 230, 3046 ND Rotterdam.

Er is een openbare marktconsultatie gehouden om te kijken of er concurrentiemogelijkheden zijn om deze opdracht uit te voeren. Ongeacht dat de deadline van de marktconsultatie verlengd was, waren op deze marktconsultatie er geen gegadigden naar voren gekomen (behalve de huidige leverancier).

Uit de toelichting (lees: openbare marktconsultatie) is het aannemelijk dat er sprake is van een complexe bestaande situatie en factoren die ertoe leiden dat binnen de uitgangspunten van de gemeente slechts één leverancier is die deze opdracht kan uitvoeren en dat een redelijk alternatief ontbreekt.

Nu uit de openbare marktconsultatie blijkt dat er geen redelijk alternatief is om het onderhoud aan de crematieovens door een andere partij uit te laten voeren, wordt deze opdracht aan IFZW International GmbH & Co KG gegund.
