         NS is op zoek naar 3 opdrachtnemers die voorzien in loopbaanbegeleidingstrajecten en begeleiding van werk-naar-werk trajecten.

         De opdracht is onderverdeeld in twee percelen. Voor perceel 1 wordt één leverancier gezocht, voor perceel 2 worden twee leveranciers gezocht. Het gaat hierbij om:

         Perceel 1: Loopbaanontwikkeling: loopbaancoaching en talentontwikkeling

         Perceel 2: Begeleiding van werk-naar-werk; premobiel, boventallig en re-outplacement)

         Het aanbieden van “Loopbaanbegeleiding en begeleiding van werk-naar-werk” draagt bij aan duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en het vergoten van werkplezier, de juiste mensen op de juiste plek. In de huidige arbeidsmarkt is dat bij voorkeur binnen NS.

         Ns wenst totaal drie raamovereenkomsten te sluiten voor de duur van drie jaar, met een optie tot verlenging van vijf maal één jaar.
