Levering van 3 trailerbare meetvaartuigen, inclusief trailer, ten behoeve van de Rijksrederij.
De Leverancier is er bij zijn aanbieding uitgegaan van een standaard oplossing, waarbij de sensoren in een moonpool geplaatst zouden worden. Daarin zit een demonteerbaar gedeelte. Deze plug wordt voor het traileren uit de moonpool gehaald. De afstemming over de exacte locatie heeft middels meerdere overleggen plaatsgevonden en geleidt tot aanvullende aanpassingen in de romp.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Aanpassing locaties meetsensoren ten opzichte van standaard locaties.
Aanpassingen aan de romp en de daarvoor benodigd teken- en berekenwerk, snij- en laswerk en materiaal. Deze opdracht is voor drie vaartuigen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Op basis van functionele specificatie van de aanbesteder, is de leverancier bij zijn inschrijving uitgegaan van een standaardoplossing waarbij de meetsensoren in een moonpool geplaatst worden. De afstemming tussen opdrachtgever en leverancier over de exacte locaties voor de plaatsing van de meetsensoren om een correcte en optimale werking van de meetapparatuur te waarborgen heeft noodzakelijkerwijs tot aanpassingen in de romp van de vaartuigen geleid. Zonder deze aanpassingen kan de correcte en optimale werking van de meetapparatuur niet worden gewaarborgd. De aanvulling stond niet in de oorspronkelijke aanbestedingsstukken en dient gedurende te bouw van de vaartuigen te worden gerealiseerd. Na de voltooiing van de vaartuigen kunnen de aanpassingen door een andere opdrachtnemer alleen tegen aanzienlijk hogere kosten worden gerealiseerd en vervalt de garantie van de leverancier op de vaartuigen.
