         De restauratieve voorzieningen binnen Gemeente Den Haag (DBV, DSB, SZW en DHW) kopen dagelijks, dagverse- en houdbare levensmiddelen in voor de exploitatie van de verschillende voorzieningen zoals koffiecorners en bedrijfsrestaurants. Het huidige levensmiddelen contract loopt op 1-11-2023 af. De overeenkomst voorziet in het leveren van dagverse (gekoelde) producten, droge kruidenierswaren, disposables, dranken en diepvriesproducten. Om deze inkoop recht- en doelmatig te laten plaats vinden wordt deze inkoop aanbesteed. Het beoogde resultaat/doel is een nieuwe overeenkomst te verkrijgen met één partij. Daarbij dient voldoende aandacht te zijn voor zowel de MVI doelstellingen als de commerciële/inkoop waarden.

         Het leveren van levensmiddelen en disposables aan de diverse locaties in de gemeente Den Haag en haar locatie in Wilhelminaoord. Zero-emissie, duurzame producten en duurzame verpakkingen zijn onderdeel van deze aanbesteding.

         I.v.m. de gevraagde investeringen, afschrijvingstermijnen en terugverdientijd wordt er een maximale contractstermijn van 8 jaar gehanteerd.

      Van opdrachtnemer wordt gevraagd een aantal investeringen te doen op het gebied van digitalisering en zero-emissie vervoer. Deze investeringen hebben en lange afschrijftermijn en om de opdrachtnemer een terugverdientijd te geven, zodat zij de investering wil doen wordt de termijn van de raamovereenkomst gemaximeerd tot 8 jaar.
