Deze marktconsultatie wordt voorafgaand aan de Europese aanbesteding gehouden voor het sluiten van de overeenkomst voor het vervangen van het financiële systeem van de Provincie Groningen.
De provincie Groningen wenst informatie uit de markt te halen om de aanbesteding zo goed mogelijk vorm en inhoud te geven.

Deze marktconsultatie wordt voorafgaand aan de Europese aanbesteding gehouden voor het sluiten van de overeenkomst voor het vervangen van het financiële systeem van de Provincie Groningen.
De provincie Groningen wenst inzichtelijk te krijgen op welke wijze aan de doelstellingen (zie hoofdstuk 2) invulling gegeven dient te worden in de aanbestedingsprocedure voor het afsluiten van een nieuwe overeenkomst.
De marktconsultatie is gepubliceerd op het platform Negometrix en Tenderned. Het al dan niet meedoen aan deze marktconsultatie heeft geen consequenties voor een eventueel latere procedure. Er kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan de informatie die door de provincie is verstrekt in de marktconsultatie. Daarnaast is het van belang te weten dat informatie uit deze marktconsultatie kan afwijken van informatie die later bij een eventuele aanbestedingsprocedure wordt verstrekt.
Na afloop van deze marktconsultatie is de provincie voornemens om het financiële systeem aan te besteden. De input van deze marktconsulatie zal gebruikt worden om een marktconforme aanbesteding uit te zetten. Op basis van de resultaten uit de marktconsultatie zal waar mogelijk mede de vorm, inhoud en doelstelling van de aanbesteding worden geformuleerd.
