         De scope van de opdracht omvat het volgende: Levering, beheer, onderhoud van audiovisuele middelen op de locaties van de gemeente Utrecht, zowel hardware en software. Daarnaast voor evenementen ondersteuning van/bij audiovisuele middelen door Opdrachtnemer op locatie en huur van AV-middelen.  

         Daarnaast zal er door werken 3.0 een uitbereiding komen van het aantal vergaderzalen op het Stadskantoor, Stadhuis en MKL-locaties, welke grotendeels ingericht worden voor hybride vergaderen en/of presenteren. Hierdoor zal het aantal audio visuele middelen ten opzichte van de huidige situatie uitgebreid worden.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         De gemeente Utrecht wil één (1) raamovereenkomst met één (1) partij afsluiten voor de levering en onderhoud van audiovisuele middelen (AV-middelen). De af te sluiten raamovereenkomst biedt alle organisatieonderdelen van de gemeente de mogelijkheid om AV-middelen af te nemen onder de voorwaarden van deze raamovereenkomst.

         Met de partij die als tweede is gerankt wordt een wachtkamerovereenkomst gesloten met de looptijd van 1 jaar. Deze overeenkomst wordt geactiveerd in het geval de overeenkomst met de eerst gerankte partij moet worden ontbonden.

         De looptijd van de huidige raamovereenkomst nadert het einde. Daarom is de gemeente voornemens om een raamovereenkomst voor de duur van 3 jaar af te sluiten met een eenzijdige optie tot verlenging van maximaal vier keer één jaar.
