De aanbesteding betreft het leveren van de externe accountantsdiensten t.b.v. de controle gerelateerd aan de jaarrekening en aanvullende adviesdiensten.       Looptijd sluit aan bij wat gangbaar is voor "organisaties met een openbaar belang" en biedt partijen de mogelijkheid om een intensieve samenwerking op te bouwen. Gezien de aard, complexiteit en omvang van de opdracht is het wenselijk dat een samenwerking voor een langere periode wordt opgebouwd. De verwachting is dat een langere contractuur de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening ten goede zal komen.
