Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De aanvullende opdrachten zijn noodzakelijk, omdat het niet mogelijk is om het werk zonder de onderhavige wijzigingen te voltooien. De aanvullende opdrachten waren niet omschreven in de oorspronkelijke aanbestedingsstukken.

Verandering van opdrachtnemer is niet mogelijk om economische en technische redenen en zal tot aanzienlijk ongemak en aanzienlijke kostenstijging leiden, omdat onderhavige wijzigingen onlosmakelijk verbonden zijn met de voortgang van het werk waarbij verandering van opdrachtnemer een groot negatief effect op de beheersing van de raakvlakken, de hieraan gekoppelde risico’s en de doorlooptijd heeft.
