         De Opdracht omvat het leveren van arbodienstverlening  voor de Veiligheidsregio Gelderland- Zuid en GGD Gelderland-Zuid. De Opdracht krijgt de vorm van een Raamovereenkomst voor de verlening van arbodiensverlening. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor de duur van drie (3) jaar met de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden eenmaal voor de duur van 12 maanden te verlengen.

         Op de Opdracht zijn de bijgevoegde Algemene Rijksvoorwaarden voor het Verstrekken van Opdrachten tot het verrichten van Diensten 2018 (ARVODI-2018) van toepassing. Inkoopvoorwaarden en/of andere Voorwaarden van de Inschrijver zijn niet van toepassing en worden hierbij uitdrukkelijk van de hand gewezen.

         De Opdracht wordt gegund op basis van meest economische voordelige inschrijving d.m.v. de gunningsmethodiek: gunnen op waarde. 

         Er wordt beoordeeld op de volgende Sub-gunningscriteria, partnerschap arbodienstverlening, plan van aanpak, implementatieplan en interview.
