         Doelstellingen voor deze Raamovereenkomst zijn als volgt geformuleerd:

         - De deelopdracht Milieukundige begeleiding bij (bodemsanerings-) projecten, waar gewerkt wordt in- en met verontreinigde grond, uit te kunnen zetten in de markt zodat kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en naleving van de wet- en regelgeving gewaarborgd zijn.

         - Het borgen van de gewenste kwaliteit door het selecteren van de juiste “MKB-kandidaten” bij het betreffende project op basis van specifieke ervaringen, kennis, opleiding en communicatieve vaardigheden zoals wordt beschreven in het Programma van Eisen.

         - Het bij aanvang van de deelopdracht verkrijgen van voldoende gekwalificeerd personeel voor het milieukundig begeleiden van de projecten vanuit de contractpartners.

         - Milieukundig begeleider (processturing en verificatie) die het werk buiten begeleidt en aanstuurt; Projectleider die de milieukundig begeleider ondersteunt/aanstuurt;

         - Laten analyseren van controlemonsters (grond, grondwater en waterbodem);

         - Toetsen (controle)monsters aan de in de BUS-melding of het saneringsplan genoemde criteria, en/of aanvullende eisen vanuit de beschikking/ goedkeuring Wbb;

         - Verzorgen van meldingen en vergunningen en het onderhouden van contact met de diverse betrokken partijen;
