De scope van de opdracht die wordt aanbesteed betreft het boeken van:

- elke gewenste hotelaccommodatie in Nederland voor hotelovernachtingen van één of meerdere personen (waaronder tevens begrepen groepsreserveringen);

- elke gewenste vergaderaccommodatie in Nederland en de direct daaraan verbonden verzorging, zoals banqueting en audiovisuele middelen, eventueel in combinatie met hotelovernachting(en) bij dezelfde accommodatie of op dezelfde locatie;

- elke gewenste evenementenaccommodatie in Nederland en de direct daaraan verbonden verzorging, zoals banqueting en audiovisuele middelen, waarbij het evenement niet is georganiseerd door een gecontracteerd evenementenbureau. Eventueel in combinatie met hotelovernachting(en) op dezelfde locatie.

In de Aanbestedingsdocumenten wordt in het vervolg de term vergaderaccommodatie gebruikt voor zowel vergaderaccommodatie als evenementenaccommodatie.
