    • absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation:

The MGA would like to maintain the relevant EARP infrastructure ensuring that it is still fully functionable. In order to do this, the MGA needs to have a contract for maintenance and support services in place.

IOT Solutions is the supplier which is currently maintaining MGA’s EARP system. Furthermore, it has developed and implemented a custom-built tool (on both Test and Production Environments) to facilitate the monitoring and maintenance of the EARP infrastructure.
