      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
        List and brief description of conditions:

        To prove its personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following documents -

        - statement that in the last five years no final court decisions for criminal offense from Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement

        - certificate issued by a competent body stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been instigated

        - certificate issued by a competent body stating that no liquidation procedure has been instigated

        - certificate issued by a competent body in the domicile country of taxes, contributions and other public fees being paid

        - certificate that it has not been stated an additional penalty - ban on participation in open invitation procedures, awarding contracts for public procurement and contracts for public private partnership issued by the Registry for penalties for criminal acts committed by legal entities

        - certificate that it has not been stated an additional penalty - temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity, issued by the Registry for penalties for criminal acts committed by legal entities

        - Confirmation that it has not been stated any legally effective misdemeanor sanction - ban on performing

        profession, business activity or duty i.e. temporary ban on performing certain activity

        - with a list of main deliveries of goods or services rendered with values, dates, procurers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered:

        - with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or of the performer of works or of their managerial staff, provided not to be evaluated as a criterion for selection of the most advantageous bid

        - with a statement of the average annual number of employees with the service provider or performer of works and of the number of their managing staff in the last three years

        - with a statement of the instruments, facilities or technical equipment, that the service provider or the performer of works have at their disposal for Contract performance

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        - The bidder shall have concluded and implemented at least 3 (three) contracts worth at least Denar 2,000,000.00 each in the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022) of the same nature as the subject of procurement

        - The persons who will be engaged for the works where work at height is required shall have completed training in work at height

        - At least 50 employees or engaged persons

        - The bidder shall have minimum equipment available: * hard and soft floor machines x 4 pieces, * carpet washing machines x 3 pieces, * vacuum cleaners x 20 pieces, * steam machine x 2 pieces, * movable carts х 20 pieces, * professional mops of all types х 50 pieces, * buckets with strainers х 50 pieces with toilet mops and * transport vehicles for persons and transportation of the hygiene maintenance equipment - to have at least 3 vehicles to perform the activity.
