      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        - Who has been given a supporting ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award ofpublic supply contracts and public private partnership;

        - Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy proceedings by the competent authority;

        - Confirmation that there is no procedure for liquidation by a competent authority;

        - Certificate for paid taxes and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economicoperator is established;

        - A certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed minor

        penalty ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award of public supply contracts and public-private partnership,

        - A certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activities and

        - Confirmation that the final sentence has been imposed sanction - prohibition of professional activity or duty,and temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.

        - Document for registered professional activity- DRA form issued by the Central Register of RM

        For the purpose of proving the suitability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator will have to submit a relevant document for registered activity as a proof that the operator is registered as a natural person

        The economic operator that competes or participates for PART 4-services and spare parts for tachographs should have:

        -Decision from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Authorization to perform works on installation, inspection, control and repair of analog tachographs

        - Decision from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Authorization to perform works on installation, inspection, control and repair of digital tachographs

        - Certificate of Accreditation MKS EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2012, Type C for inspection (control) of analog and digital tachographs

        - The term established in the written order for service begins to run from the day of the written request. The holder of the procurement is obliged to start performing the service - subject of the framework agreement for PP from the day of the written request by the Contracting Authority, and after the receipt of written request and to complete their implementation within a period not exceeding 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) days after receiving the written order by the Contracting Authority

        -Payment for the services performed, which will be subject to the framework agreement for public procurement, will be made within 60 days after the delivery of financial documentation (invoice) to the Archive of the Public Enterprise.

        -The contracting authority will request from the bidder whose bid is selected as the most favorable to provide a guarantee for quality and timely execution of the contract in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of 5 % of the value of the public procurement contract.
