         - The bidder should be registered as a natural person or a legal entity in order to perform the activity related to the scope of the Agreement on public procurement or to belong to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

         - In order to prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to perform the activity related to the scope of the Agreement on public procurement or evidence that it belongs to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered

      2. Economic and financial standing:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         - statement of the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by the competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and where required, statement of income in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations and the availability of such information

         minimum total income of MKD 22,000,000.00 individually for each year for the past 3 financial years, (2021, 2022 and 2023 individually)

      3. Technical and professional ability:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         - 3 (three) signed and implemented contracts in the last 5 (five) years for the same or similar delivery, of which 1 (one) signed and implemented contract for the purchase, transport and installation of technological and hydromechanical equipment for a filter station with an amount not less than 22,000 .000.00 denars including VAT;

         - the economic operator must have at least 10 (ten) employees or hired persons, of which 2 (two) persons with Authorization B for a performance engineer of which: 1 (one) person graduated in mechanical engineering with Authorization B for a performance engineer from the area " mechanical engineering" and 1 (one) graduate electrical engineer for performance in the field of "electrical engineering";

         - that the economic operator has employed or engaged 1 (one) occupational safety expert with a Certificate for passing the professional exam.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the technical or professional ability from subsection 5.5.1 by submitting:

         - a list of the main deliveries of goods or services performed in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed, in accordance with subsection 5.5.1 paragraph 1; in order to ensure an adequate level of competition, the contractual authority may, if necessary, take into account the evidence of the corresponding deliveries of goods or services performed more than three years ago;

         - description/statement of the technical staff and technical authorities that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, regardless of whether they are employed by the economic operator in accordance with subsection 5.5.1 paragraph 2 with attachment Authorization B for a performance engineer from the field of "mechanical engineering" and 1 (one) graduate electrical engineer for performance in the field of "electrical engineering" and 5.5.1 paragraph 3 with attachment Certificate for passed professional exam;

         - notification of a part of the contract that the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor, whereby the economic operator must specify in his offer data on the part of the contract that he intends to assign to subcontractors (company, headquarters, unique tax number, etc.
