        The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender in order to procure audit, consultancy and assistance services in the field of catering in Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg, with the objective of receiving assistance during the definition and verification process of proper implementation of catering activities and the commercial centre, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including bacteriological and legionella controls, as well as to obtain the necessary advice and assistance.

        – commercial compliance audits (all verification and control operations with the objective of ensuring consistency between the implementation of catering services taking place on a daily basis and the services described in the contractual provisions in force in Brussels (Lot 1));

        – hygiene, storage and safety audits (all analyses meeting the safety and hygiene criteria relating to food and catering premises in the Parliament buildings in Brussels (Lot 1)).
