Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad šiame susitarime nurodytų papildomų prekių poreikis atsirado tik pradėjus vykdyti Sutartį ir minėtų prekių nebuvo galimybės numatyti iki Sutarties sudarymo, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimo įstatymo 89 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punktu, papildomai perkama 16 vnt. licencijų naudotojo paketo SQL Server Standard 2 Core 2022 Commercial Software Subscription (naujausia gamintojo paskelbta versija).

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad šiame susitarime nurodytų papildomų prekių poreikis atsirado tik pradėjus vykdyti Sutartį ir minėtų prekių nebuvo galimybės numatyti iki Sutarties sudarymo, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimo įstatymo 89 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punktu, sudarytas susitarimas pirkti papildomas licencijas. Tiekėjo pakeitimas buvo negalimas dėl techninių priežasčių, tokių kaip pagal Sutartį įsigytų licencijų suderinamumas tarpusavyje su licencijomis įsigyjamomis pagal Susitarimą.
