        Tikrinama ar nėra pašalinimo pagrindų. Kvalifikacijos reikalavimai tiekėjams netaikomi. Tiekėjas turi pateikti užpildytą pirkimo sąlygų priedą „Europos bendrasis viešųjų pirkimų dokumentas“ (toliau – EBVPD) pagal VPĮ 50 straipsnyje nustatytus reikalavimus. EBVPD pildomas jį įkėlus tinklapyje: https://ebvpd.eviesiejipirkimai.lt/espd-web/ ir užpildžius bei atsisiuntus pateikiamas kartu su pasiūlymu.

        Prekės užsakomos pagal Pirkėjo poreikį atskirais užsakymais per 36 mėnesių laikotarpį ir turi būti pristatytos ne vėliau kaip per 3 darbo dienas nuo užsakymo pateikimo Tiekėjui dienos.

        Užsakymai teikiami darbo dienomis nuo 9 iki 12 val.

        Pirkėjas sumoka Tiekėjui už tinkamai ir kokybiškai patiektas Prekes šalims pasirašius Prekių perdavimo–priėmimo aktą ir Tiekėjui Sutartyje nustatyta tvarka pateikus sąskaitą faktūrą, ne vėliau kaip per 30 kalendorinių dienų
